1. What nuda veritas Is

nuda veritas is a leadership development platform operated by Authentic Life, LLC. It provides a self-assessment instrument, a personalized leadership profile (including 7 archetypes and 12 vital signs), and an AI-powered coaching companion called klimt.

nuda veritas is NOT therapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, or a clinical diagnostic tool. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use nuda veritas. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login with others or allow unauthorized access. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the account settings or by contacting support@nudaveritas.com.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

nuda veritas offers paid tiers: The Assessment (one-time purchase), The Companion (monthly or annual subscription), and Teams (custom pricing). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Companion subscriptions include a 7-day free trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. 5. The AI Companion (klimt)

klimt is an AI-powered companion that channels the voice, frameworks, and philosophy of nick t ogle, phd. klimt is not nick. Conversations with klimt are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be treated as professional advice. klimt does not provide therapy, medical guidance, financial advice, or legal counsel. You agree that you will not rely on klimt as a substitute for any professional service.

klimt is powered by third-party AI technology (Anthropic Claude). By using klimt, you acknowledge that your conversations are processed by AI systems. Your conversation data is not used to train AI models.

6. Assessment Results and Content

Your assessment results, archetype profiles, and vital sign scores are generated based on your self-reported responses. They reflect patterns in how you answered, not objective clinical diagnoses. The nuda veritas framework is informed by clinical research, family systems theory, and developmental psychology, but the assessment itself is not a validated clinical instrument in the regulatory sense. Results should be treated as a reflective tool, not a definitive evaluation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on nudaveritas.com, including the assessment framework, archetype definitions, vital sign descriptions, written content, design, and brand elements, is the intellectual property of Authentic Life, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

nuda veritas and Authentic Life, LLC are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the platform for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Authentic Life, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Benton County, Arkansas.
